Diets are designed to improve health,well-being and lifestyles and some have produced remarkable results. If so much can be accomplished in the temporal realm that is literally here today and gone tomorrow, imagine how much more a spiritual diet can do in the spiritual realm which matters most. That was the thought behind this breif study on the fruit of the Spirit which I call The Daily Spiritual Diet For Overcoming Sin.  In the temporal realm, if you stick with your diet the results, having been proven are guaranteed. The Apostle Paul writes, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won't be doing what your sinful nature craves (Gal.5:17 ESV). That is guaranteed!
